Candice was absolutely wonderful to our family. My elderly grandmother was no longer able to live independently and with the recent passing of my grandfather felt so overwhelmed and upset about leaving their shared home. Candice and her team were so kind and understanding. They worked incredibly quickly and efficiently to find the perfect place for her. They listened to all of her needs and found a wonderful place that fit her lifestyle and budget. Over a year later my grandmother loves where she lives and she is incredibly well cared for. Her quality of life has improved substantially and she is so happy. I have no doubt that her living and care situation has added years to her life. I am so thankful for Candice and her team. They care so much about what they do. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!

My family was connected to Candice by the Care Manager from the Barrow Neurological Institute at St. Joseph’s Hospital. From the initial encounter Candice was simply amazing. Her knowledge in the Health Field and with post hospital care options is incredible. She worked closely with the Barrow’s Care Manager to carefully assess my Father’s health status and his target goals, as well as his children’s, and then provided several post hospital care facilities for us to consider. As we explored each of the options, she checked in frequently to support us. The combination of her expertise and her support skills (listening), led us to the best option for our Father. Currently he is thriving in the Care Home we chose for him and he is trending to make a full recovery from his strokes much sooner than we had estimated. Candice was simply a blessing to us!

Happy employees are a sign of a well-run company. From the start Michelle A. was a pleasure to work with, she assisted me in finding a care home for my 95-year-old grandmother. In every instance, Michelle demonstrated exceptional qualities of outstanding customer service in a caring manner.

I was faced with challenges to immediately find a new facility to place my grandmother in. I was unfamiliar with processes, where to start and who to contact. Michelle offered encouragement and was sympathetic to my dilemma. She assured that we would find the right place, and we did. It was the first place we visited, and it is perfect. I never felt like I was alone in this and one of the best things about Michelle is she always followed up with me, checking in periodically. She even took the time to help set up transportation for us.

We were so extremely fortunate to have connected with Candice and the entire staff! Their sincere dedication, heartfelt caring and efficiency was very evident, not to mention their professionalism. They went into “overdrive” to accomplish our goal in a very short amount of time. I would most highly recommend them and give more than 5 stars if possible!

All that comes to mind is wow and exceptional! Candace helped navigate a very difficult, awful situation that was placed upon a gentleman. I have nothing to say but extremely high praise for Candace and her outstanding attention to a very difficult situation with my husband and placement for him in a senior facility. Candace was very open and honest with me from the very beginning of the process to the final placement. She was also supported by Sara, another person who was dedicated to the situation but that I never had the privilege to meet. I will continue to work with these two and I strongly recommend Senior Care of Arizona. I look forward to working with them until we have my husband settled in the facility he needs to be.

One major aspect of patient care is advocacy. Becky is an exceptional advocate not only for patients but their families as well. She goes above and beyond at answering questions, offering emotional support and connecting the families with all the resources necessary for a successful transition into a new home.

Becky’s efforts don’t cease here- she follows up months later with the patients and families to ensure things are going well in the new home they’ve been placed into.

Home Instead introduced us to Mari Murren & Liz at Senior Care! What a wonderful experience it was to have their advice & knowledge to help us to seek out suitable relocation communities. We were unsuccessful, but it was not for trying to exhaust many avenues offered in this area!We currently are snow birds & have a home in Colorado. This home will give us some time to find a suitable new home there for us & our faithful old companion, Tobey!We just wanted to share that this is a wonderful service being offered to those in need of some guidance & support in making a choice to relocate & find that spot that is just right for you & yours. Thanks so much for the kindness shown to us & your patience with us & all of the questions that we needed answers to!!!

I want to share my appreciation for the incredible support I received from Charlie and his team. I was feeling overwhelmed and stressed while trying to find a group home for my grandmother. They managed to find a wonderful location the same day and even accompanied me on a tour. I am so impressed by the quality of the home they selected, and I truly could not have done this without their prompt and dedicated assistance.

CHARLIE and DARIELA were a godsend for our family finding the perfect fit for our sister. Charlie met us at the hospital and he and Dariela were with us every step of the way from our panic and confusion to after the move-in. They were kind, comforting, and knowledgable. They understood our sister's needs, finances, and resistance. They understood the emotions that all of us were experiencing. We only dealt with Charlie and Dariela who were available 7 days a week. There were no soliciting calls from other services or facilities. Their service is free for you. You will be in great hands with Senior Care AZ.

These people are worth their weight in gold! They were such a blessing to my family in our time of need.

My father had a hemorrhagic stroke in Dec. 2022. He went from being my strong, personable, opinionated father to being withdrawn, needing help with daily living activities, & prompting. It has been a long, hard two years trying to find him placement and care. His finances put him in the poverty level, but his gross amount is a different story. THIS has been the biggest bar to getting him the help he needs. I have tried EVERYWHERE. The Area Agency on Aging (AAA), Adult Protective Services (APS), DES, ALTCS, etc. He was denied every step we took, or referred to places that didn’t have the resources to help. I personally experienced a nervous breakdown after he was discharged from a facility into TWO different independent living facilities, that refused to keep him. The facility that discharged him basically left me to fend for him with no help. I had to call the local crisis line to come up with a plan to get him the help he needed….which brought us to the ER, and finally, in touch with Candice. Without her help, my father would still be in an unsafe situation without proper care. Candice REALLY went to bat for my father and I— with networking, research, a new ALTCS application, and finding him placement that meets his needs, and is also comfortable for him, and not a hospital setting. Currently, my father is in care home setting that he likes, with others his age to socialize with, and round the clock care to help him complete his activities of daily living- medications he can’t keep track of taking on his own, help with showers, changing, etc. I can finally take the time needed to take care of myself knowing that my dad is safe, cared for, and right where he needs to be. God bless Candice- a literal angel amongst men.

Shawn Smith and his team provided an amazing, professional, and compassionate senior care advisory service. While I had prepared as much as I could, and in advance, when the time came for my Mum to move into an Assisted Living facility, we needed to find a quality one, and quite quickly. Shawn was a life saver. I would not hesitate to refer anyone in need of a senior care advisory service and advocate to Shawn and his team. I am forever grateful!

After my mother’s sudden passing Candice Dutton and her team, including Shawn Smith, did a great job in helping my family find an independent living home for my father. The team was always patient and flexible in coordinating visitations and follow up visits to the 4 facilities we were considering. They were always quick to respond to all of our questions, were very caring towards my father, and listened to his needs and concerns. I can’t recommend this team enough to help your loved one as they transition into a new home.

I cannot say enough good things about how helpful this agency is. This support was needed during a stressful time of transitioning my father into a new stage of life. They were accessible, kind, patient, and very knowledgeable in providing necessary resources. Thank you, thank you!

I had have a unfortunate situation that landed on my lap sad ,stressful, awful situation. My mom ended up having dementia and some mental health issues, and she needed my help . I didn't know where to go where to turn to. Goggle was not really giving the help I needed. Unfortunately I had to take my mom to the emergency room to get the help. She has several health issues some dementia at a UTI.The hospital case manager very nice gentleman. I regret not getting his name... He handed me a stack of paperwork to get my mom so help.At the last page of paperwork there was a paper that said: SENIOR CARE AZ.Call Candice Dutton case manager.Thank God I did.. I can not say enough words about this amazing phenomenal person. She is and she knows her job inside and out.She held my hand through this unfortunate situation sad stressful overwhelming 😔.I had no idea what to do or to say to get some help. CANDICE DUTTON.She helped to get a power of attorney she helps me get all my paperwork in order she helped to get my mom and health insurance for long-term care she helped me find assistant living home for my mom.
