Candice Dutton

After earning her Master’s in Social Work from Arizona State University in 2007, Candice began her career at Mayo Hospital as a Transplant Social Worker, supporting patients and families through complex medical journeys. She then moved to the Barrow Neurological Institute’s ICU, where she pioneered the social work process for complex case management—developing systems that set new standards for patient care.
Her innovative work caught the attention of Caremore, a healthcare insurance plan that recruited Candice to build their entire Social Work program for Arizona from the ground up. The program proved so successful that it was rolled out nationwide, cementing her reputation as a visionary leader in healthcare delivery.
As Assistant Director for a new home health and hospice agency in Arizona, Candice continued expanding her expertise across the continuum of care. But in 2015, she found her true calling: helping seniors and their families navigate one of life’s most difficult transitions.
That calling led her to found Senior Care Arizona. Drawing on her deep understanding of the healthcare system and her compassionate, care-first approach, Candice has guided countless families through the overwhelming process of finding the right care for their loved ones. She doesn’t just know the system—she knows how to work within it to get families the support they truly need.
When she’s not advocating for Arizona seniors, Candice treasures time with her husband, children, and their three Rhodesian Ridgebacks. Whether they’re at the Dutton Ranch in South Dakota, hiking Arizona trails, or cheering at their kids’ sporting events, family comes first. Watching her children grow into compassionate, accomplished individuals brings her the greatest pride of all.

There, he discovered his gift for building relationships and driving growth, consistently exceeding goals while inspiring his team. His ability to connect with patients and staff set the tone for everything that followed.
He later served as Executive Director at CornerStone within The Ensign Group, where he oversaw daily operations, ensured regulatory compliance, and worked to continuously improve care delivery. The strong operational foundation he helped establish continues to support the organization’s success today.
In 2021, Corey found his professional home at Senior Care AZ. Here, he is able to focus fully on what matters most—helping families navigate complex care decisions with guidance, support, and confidence. Connecting seniors with the right care and resources isn’t just part of his job; it’s his mission.
What motivates Corey isn’t titles or recognition. It’s knowing he’s making a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable seniors and their families during some of life’s most challenging transitions. That impact is what keeps him going every day.
Outside of work, Corey is a devoted husband and father to two boys. When he’s not supporting families or improving operations, you’ll find him outdoors—cycling Arizona’s trails, fishing, or exploring new adventures with his family. Time in nature helps him recharge and stay grounded.
At Senior Care AZ, Corey does more than manage operations; he helps families move forward with confidence and true peace of mind.

She went on to serve in leadership roles including Director of Case Management at the Arizona AIDS Project and the Maricopa County HIV Clinic during the early years of the AIDS epidemic
One of Mari’s most meaningful chapters was in Home Health, where she worked closely with hospitals, patients, and families to create safe and effective post-acute care plans. As a manager, she partnered with hospital systems to reduce readmissions and helped develop a Hospital-to-Home program with a major Phoenix hospital, improving continuity of care for countless individuals.
With a strong desire to return to more personal, family-centered work, Mari joined Senior Care AZ, where she helps individuals and their loved ones navigate transitions to alternative living environments with guidance, compassion, and respect.
